AT A GLANCE
Price info & resort tax
- All prices listed are in Euros per apartment and day for the stated number of people and apply to a minimum stay of 4 nights in our peak gurgl apartments.
- For stays of up to 3 nights, there is a surcharge of 10%.
- Short stays are only possible during the winter off peak season or the summer season. During the winter high season, arrival and departure are only possible on SATURDAYS.
- The resort tax amounts to € 5.00 per person and day and will be charged separately.
- Children under 15 years of age (born in 2011 and later) do not pay the resort tax.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, we must charge the full price of the booked stay. Thank you for your understanding!
End-of-stay cleaning
We charge a one-time fee of € 90.00 per stay and apartment for end-of-stay cleaning.
Booking deposit
- We need your credit card details in order to secure your booking.
- The deposit is due immediately upon booking.
Payment options
Payment is due the day or evening before departure either in cash, by debit card or credit card.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in from 3:00 PM.
- Check-out by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Arrival options
- During the winter peak season, arrival and departure are only possible on SATURDAYS.
- During the winter off-peak season and in summer, flexible arrival and departure times are available.
Garage / Parking space
- One free garage parking space is available for each apartment.
- Additional outdoor parking is available free of charge.
- Additional garage parking spaces can be booked upon request for an extra charge of € 15.00 per day.
Free WIFI
Free WiFi is available in all apartments for the duration of your stay.
Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed in our peak gurgl apartments.

Bread, milk & eggs
- For a perfect start to the day you can order fresh bread every day (except on Sundays) – information about prices and special offers is available directly on site.
- Upon request, we can provide you with fresh milk and eggs from our own farm – you will taste the difference for sure!
Cancellation terms
- Up to 1 month prior to arrival: free of charge
- 1 month to 7 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking amount
- From 7 or less days prior to arrival: 90 % of the total booking amount
Travel cancellation insurance
We strongly recommend to take out travel cancellation insurance with your trusted insurance company – just to be on the safe side in the event of cancellation.
